Overview
Established in 1892 by Jamsetji Nusserwanjee Tata, the J N Tata Endowment awards loan scholarships to Indian students for higher studies overseas: master’s, PhD and postdoctoral fellowships across all streams. It has supported more than 5,700 Indian students.
Selected scholars and a guarantor sign a loan scholarship agreement with the Endowment.
